Monthly prices for each plan are listed on the pricing page (all including tax).
For one-off work, the price is the amount (including tax) stated in our quote.

Charges other than the price

・Bank transfer fees when paying by bank transfer
・Internet connection and data charges needed to view the site or complete procedures
・Hosting, domain, and paid plugin and theme licence fees (contracted in your name and paid directly to each provider)

Payment methods

・Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
・Invoice (bank transfer; we issue qualified invoices)

Payment timing

Credit card: The first month is charged when you sign up. After that, your card is charged automatically each month on the same date you signed up.
Invoice: Invoices close at the end of the month and are due at the end of the following month. Please pay by the due date shown on the invoice.
One-off work: Payment is due at the time stated in our quote.

When the service is provided

Maintenance plans: Within 5 business days of confirming payment, we begin initial setup (checking login details, setting up backups and monitoring, etc.). We will tell you the start date by email.
One-off work: We carry out the work at the time stated in our quote.

Contract period

Renews automatically every month. There is no minimum term.

Cancellation

・You can cancel anytime. There is no cancellation fee.
・To cancel, contact us through the contact form (and, in future, your account page).
・The contract ends on the last day of the month in which you tell us, and we do not bill you from the following month.
・If you cancel mid-month, that month's fee is not refunded pro rata.
・If you pay annually and cancel partway through, we refund the months that have not yet started.
・When you cancel, we hand over the information and data needed to run the site.

Returns and cancellation of orders

Because of the nature of the service, we do not accept returns or give refunds once the service has started.
One-off work can be cancelled free of charge before work begins. If you cancel after work has begun, we bill for the work done up to that point.
Applications made online count as mail-order sales, so the cooling-off system does not apply.
