Payment and contracts
Payment methods
・Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB): pay online when you sign up. After that, your card is charged automatically each month on the same date you signed up.
・Invoice (bank transfer): we issue qualified invoices. Invoices close at the end of the month and are due at the end of the following month. Bank transfer fees are paid by you.
Annual payment
Pay yearly and you get 12 months for the price of 10 (two months free). If you cancel partway through, we refund the months that haven't started yet.
Cancelling
・You can cancel anytime. There's no cancellation fee.
・To cancel, use the form. Your plan ends on the last day of the month you tell us, and we don't bill you from the next month.
・If you cancel mid-month, that month isn't refunded pro rata.
・When you cancel, we hand over everything you need to run the site, including logins and backups.

For agencies (white label)
We take on maintenance for your clients under your name. Reports carry your brand too.

Questions about pricing
Can you take on a site another company built?
Yes. Before we take it on, we'll check the state of the site. If it runs old PHP or has a lot of abandoned plugins, we may suggest some clean-up work first (quoted).
Is there a setup fee?
No, there's no setup fee. If the site needs work before maintenance can start, we quote it in advance and only go ahead once you've agreed.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades both take effect from the following month. Just let us know through the form.
What if small edits go over the included time?
If a job looks like it will go over, we tell you before we start and give you a quote. We never add charges without asking.
Can I talk to you by phone?
We take enquiries by form and LINE. Everything is in writing, so there's never any confusion about who said what. We reply within one business day.
Are hosting and domain fees included?
No. The hosting and domain are contracted in your name and you pay each provider directly. That way, the site always stays yours.
Is there a discount for several sites?
We can work something out based on the number of sites. Start by sending us a list of your sites through the form.
Can sole proprietors sign up?
Yes, you're welcome to sign up.
