Get a slow WooCommerce store back up to speed.

When product pages and the cart are slow, customers leave before they buy. We keep WooCommerce and make it lighter by reworking how data is stored, which plugins run, and where the store is hosted. Only where it fits do we suggest moving to something lighter.

Is this you?

  • Product pages, the cart or checkout are slow to load
  • The admin area has slowed down as orders and products have grown
  • You've kept adding plugins and no longer know which one does what
  • You can't afford for payments or stock to stop working, and you want someone reliable to look after it

What we do

Measure what's slow

We measure the speed of product listings, product pages, the cart and checkout separately. We find where the time goes before we change anything.

Rework how orders are stored

We switch to WooCommerce's newer order storage (HPOS) and clear out data that has built up over the years. The more orders a store has, the more this helps.

Fewer plugins

We list the plugins loaded on each page and remove the ones you don't need. Everything required for payments, shipping and so on stays.

Review the hosting

Carts and checkouts are hard to cache, so server power affects them directly. If needed, we suggest a move to hosting that suits e-commerce.

FluentCart, where it fits

For stores with simple products that mostly take card payments, we may suggest moving to FluentCart, which is lighter. We won't push it.

Checking payment methods

Before recommending anything, we check, store by store, whether the payment methods common in Japan, such as convenience store payment and PayPay, will work.

How it works

1

Free check and measurement

We run the outside check and measure the speed of your key pages.

2

Proposal and quote

Make WooCommerce lighter, or move? We tell you which we recommend and why. The work is done on a copy, so orders keep coming in.

3

Before and after, then maintenance

We show you how the speed changed, then start maintenance that covers payments and stock, too.

What stays with you

  • Your product, order and customer data
  • Your domain, hosting, payment services and paid plugin licences, all in your name
  • The administrator account, and a record of the work done
  • No minimum term and no cancellation fee

FAQ

Do we have to move off WooCommerce?

No. For most stores, making WooCommerce lighter is the safest option. We only suggest moving when it fits.

Can we accept convenience store payment or PayPay?

Which setup works depends on the payment methods you want. We check for your store, then tell you which options are available.

Can we still take orders while you work?

Yes. The work is done on a copy, and the switch-over happens at a time when orders are slow.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of products and plugins, so we quote after the check. As a guide, from ¥330,000.
