06 For agencies
Maintenance for your clients, under your name.
Building sites is what you're good at, but there's never quite enough time for the upkeep afterwards. We handle the maintenance behind the scenes for you. Your relationship with your clients stays exactly as it is.
Is this you?
- Your team doesn't have time to keep updating and monitoring the sites you've delivered
- Clients ask for maintenance, but not enough to justify hiring
- You want a team ready to act quickly when a vulnerability comes up
- You want clear monthly reports you can hand to clients
What we do
Maintenance under your name
We run updates, monitoring, backups and vulnerability fixes as your service. Our name never appears to your clients.
Reports with your branding
Monthly reports carry your logo and name, ready to pass straight to your clients.
Updates checked on a copy first
Before anything goes live, we check how it looks and works on staging. The design you built stays intact.
Technical help when you need it
Speed work, PHP upgrades, plugin clean-ups and other jobs beyond routine maintenance: just ask. We take them on as work requested by you.
Non-disclosure agreement
If you'd like, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we start.
How it works
1
Talk to us
Tell us how many sites are involved and how maintenance is handled now. Use the form or LINE.
2
Review and handover
We check each site, fix what needs fixing, then take it over.
What stays with you and your clients
- Your contracts and relationships with your clients stay with you
- Domains, hosting and licences stay in whoever's name they're in now. We never hold them on anyone's behalf
- A record of the work done, and a sheet for managing logins
- No minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can add or remove sites one at a time
FAQ
How does pricing work?
We have agency pricing based on the number of sites. As a guide, from ¥5,500 / month per site.
Will you deal with our clients directly?
That's up to you. Everything can go through you, or we can handle just the technical conversations.
What's the minimum number of sites?
One. We're happy to start with a single site.
What about sites built by another company?
That's fine. As long as it runs on WordPress, we'll take it on, whoever built it.
